Image Processing

Your photos are never stored on our servers. When you upload a photo for restoration, it is:

  • Processed in memory on our secure servers
  • Sent to AI providers (Google Gemini, Replicate) for processing
  • Returned directly to your browser
  • Immediately deleted from memory after processing

We do not save, store, log, or share your images in any way.

Account Information

When you create an account (optional), we collect your email address and name via Clerk authentication. This data is used to manage your account, track usage limits, and process credit purchases.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Dodo Payments. We never see or store your payment card details. We only receive confirmation of successful payments and credit purchase status.

Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience on PhotoFlip.

  • Essential cookies: Required for authentication (Clerk) and core site functionality.
  • Analytics: We use Google Tag Manager, PostHog, and OpenPanel to understand how our site is used, such as page views, feature usage, and purchase flow measurement. These tools may set cookies on your device.
  • Error monitoring: Sentry collects technical error data to help us fix issues quickly. No personal data or uploaded photos are included.

We do not use advertising cookies. We do not use your uploaded photos for analytics. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. By using PhotoFlip, you agree to the use of these technologies as described here.
