We want you to be completely satisfied with PhotoFlip. If our AI photo restoration tools don't meet your expectations, we'll make it right.

Free Credits

The 3 free credits provided on signup are offered at no cost and are not eligible for refunds. They let you try the service before purchasing.

Paid Credit Packs

• Full refund within 7 days of purchase if credits are unused
• Partial refund (prorated for unused credits) within 7 days if some credits have been used
• No refunds after 7 days or if all credits have been consumed

How to Request a Refund

• Email us at [email protected] or use the contact form
• Include your account email and purchase date
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via Polar to your original payment method

Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using your credits, contact us. We'll either fix the issue or provide a full refund regardless of the time elapsed.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We resolve most issues within 24 hours and are happy to work with you directly.
