PhotoFlip provides AI-powered photo restoration services including scratch removal, colorization, face restoration, and image upscaling.
3. User Accounts
Creating an account is optional for basic usage. Accounts are required for tracking usage and managing subscriptions. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
4. Usage & Credits
- Free: 3 credits on signup
- Starter ($4.99): 10 credits
- Popular ($14.99): 50 credits
- Pro ($39.99): 200 credits
Each credit allows one restoration or enhancement operation. Credits never expire.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use PhotoFlip to:
- Process illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Use automated tools to abuse the service
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your uploaded and restored photos. We claim no ownership over your images. We do not store or use your images for training or any other purpose.
7. Subscriptions & Payments
Credit purchases are processed through Polar, our payment provider. Credits never expire and are added to your account immediately after purchase.
8. Disclaimer
PhotoFlip is provided "as is" without warranty. AI results may vary and we do not guarantee specific outcomes. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
